Guide

Say what you want. Your AI does it.

You don't need to know anything technical. For each topic, this guide shows what to say to your AI and what happens next.

Your AI, connected to Spaicely
  1. Put a contact form on my site and send messages to info@harpersbakery.com.
  2. Will do. Shall I make a thank-you page too?
  3. Yes, please.
  4. Form live at harpersbakery.com/contact
Example conversation. The step names are the real tools your AI calls.

Topics

Where do you want to start?

Each topic has examples you can use as they are. Swap in your own names and send them to your AI.

  1. Connect your AI

Add one address, once. After that Spaicely works inside the AI you already use.

  2. Build and change a site

From the first draft to the holiday hours: you say what you want and your AI puts it up.

  3. Moving from WordPress

Your AI rebuilds your current site at the same addresses. Your email keeps working.

  4. Domain names

Search, register, transfer and connect, without digging into DNS yourself.

  5. Forms and payments

Contact, newsletter, download, discount code, poll and donations, without a plugin.

  6. Online store

Products, stock, checkout and orders, on your own domain.

  7. Email

Keep your email, forward it or get your own mailboxes, and let your AI read along.

  8. Working together

Invite people, give roles, approve changes and hand over to a client.

  9. Protect and fine-tune

Maintenance page, password on a folder, redirects and visitors by country.

Asking well

How to get what you mean

Your AI is a fast helper who doesn't know your business yet. The more you tell it, the less it has to guess.

Say who it's for
"A site for my bakery in Portland, for people who live nearby" works better than "a nice website". Your AI picks the tone and the structure based on who will read it.
Give your own text and photos
Paste your business hours, your prices and a bit about yourself into the conversation, and add photos. Whatever you leave out, your AI has to make up, so read that part carefully.
One thing at a time
Ask for the site first, then the form, then the text for Google. A short request is easier to check than a long one.
Let your AI ask questions
End with "Ask me what you still need before you start." You then get questions first, and only after that something that fits.
Look before it goes live
"Don't put it live yet, I want to see it first" is a normal thing to ask. If you don't like it afterwards, your AI puts the previous version back.
Say what's off limits too
"Leave the design alone" or "only change the prices" helps your AI stay away from everything else.
