Email and domain names are not part of any plan: you take them separately, even without a site. If you switch plans, the difference is settled pro rata.

Email is paid a year in advance on one email subscription per company, for all your domains. Payments only cost something when money comes in.

Do you build sites for clients?
Partners get 10 to 20% off the hosting they pay for, their own site free from five client sites, and 20% of what clients pay themselves.
Questions about paying
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, a year in advance. Your invoices are in the dashboard and you get them by email.
How do I cancel?
In the dashboard or through Stripe's customer portal, at any time. The subscription stops at the end of the current year. If you're a consumer, after the first year you can cancel at any time with one month's notice and you get the rest back.
Can I withdraw as a consumer?
Yes, within 14 days. For hosting you then pay for the days it ran and get the rest back. A domain name is carried out straight after payment and can't be undone. The details are in the terms.
What happens if I don't pay?
We let you know and warn you 14, 7 and 1 day in advance. If a site has been unpaid for 14 days, we delete it. You keep your domain names; they're only disconnected. We delete a new site you choose nothing for after two days.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, in the dashboard or through your AI. We offset the rest of the current year against the new plan.
What if I want to leave?
Your domain is in your name and your site is made of plain files. You download any version as a zip and take everything to another provider.
