Five kinds

Messages, sign-ups and payments, right on your own site.

Your site is still made of plain HTML files. The form sends what the visitor fills in to us, and we pass it on.

Contact form
What a visitor fills in reaches you as an email. Replying is easy: answer that email and it goes to the visitor.

Sign-up list
For a newsletter, a waiting list or an open day. The visitor confirms their address first; only then are they on the list. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Download
A guide or price list in exchange for a name and email address. You get the details by mail, the visitor a download link. The file is not published on your site, so nobody can get it without filling in the form.

Discount code
A discount code in return for an email address: one code for everyone, a unique code per visitor from a list you provide, or codes valid per week or until a date. You get the details and the code that went out by email, and a heads-up when the list is nearly used up.

Paid downloads
A download or discount code can also cost money. The visitor pays through Stripe into your own account and then gets the link or code by email. We charge 2% plus VAT per payment.

Donations and crowdfunding
Amount buttons, an amount of the donor's choice and, if you like, a goal with a progress bar. The money goes to your own Stripe account, the donor gets a thank-you email and you get an email per donation. On every plan; we charge 2% plus VAT per donation.

Spam stays out
A form only works from your own domain. A hidden field catches robots, and there are limits per visitor, per address and per form. You do not have to set anything up.

How it works

Confirm the address
If messages go to an address other than your account's, that address first gets one email with a link. That way nobody can make your form email a stranger.
Messages come in
Each message is in your inbox within seconds. Sign-ups are listed on your site's page in the dashboard, with a CSV export, or just ask your AI.

Careful with data

We keep as little as we can.

A form handles your visitors' data. So we keep it small: what is not needed, we do not keep.

Kept only if you choose: We pass on a message from the contact form and, by default, do not keep it; we only count how many came in. If you turn on storage, you see the submissions in the dashboard and can download them as CSV; we erase them after a year. The same goes for a download: we pass the details on and only keep the link, without any details, until it expires. For a discount code from a list we only note when the code went out, not to whom. For a payment we keep the order; the buyer's details are erased after 90 days. A name a donor chose to show stays while the campaign runs and for a year after.
Confirmed sign-ups: Only people who confirmed their address themselves are on the list. Unsubscribing is always one click.
No cookies: The form sets no cookies and does not track your visitors. It needs no cookie banner.
European: Forms and email run through servers in Germany and the Netherlands.
